Step 1: First you have to tap on the WhatsApp on your Android, iPhone or Windows phone. Select the
person name for which you want to count the message on WhatsApp.
Step 2: Tap on the three vertical dots and tap on the “More” option > Email Chat option. Without
Media option > Tap on the “Gmail” icon > Enter the email id in which you want to send entire WhatsApp
message detail in text format.
Step 3: Open your email id and download the chat history text file. Open the text file and copy entire data in
the Notepad++. Now, you can easily find or count number of messages send to a particular person on
WhatsApp. Notepad ++ Find dialog box allows you to find, replace and mark find text in the active file.
